Your safety is our priority. Here's how VigoLive helps protect you, and how you can stay safe while streaming and chatting.

1. Protecting Your Account

  • Use a strong, unique password and never share your login details with anyone.
  • Be cautious of messages claiming to be "VigoLive Support" asking for your password or verification codes — we will never ask for these.
  • Log out of shared or public devices after use.

2. Staying Safe While Live

  • Avoid sharing personal information such as your home address, phone number or financial details during a live stream.
  • Use the block and report features if a viewer is harassing you or behaving inappropriately.
  • Take regular breaks — live streaming responsibly helps protect your wellbeing.

3. Safe Chatting & Calling

  • Only accept private chats or calls from people you trust.
  • Be cautious of requests for money, gifts, or personal favors from strangers.
  • Report and block any user who sends inappropriate messages, images or call requests.

4. Gifting & Payments

Only purchase coins through the official VigoLive app. Be wary of third parties offering "discounted coins" or "free diamonds" outside the app — these are scams and may compromise your account.

5. Reporting & Blocking

You can report a user, live stream, or message directly from within the app using the report icon. Blocked users will no longer be able to view your profile, message you, or join your live streams.

6. Mental Health & Wellbeing

If you or someone you know is struggling with their mental health, please reach out to a local mental health professional or helpline. VigoLive is committed to fostering a positive and supportive community.
